Jade-S Fish Marinade (BBQ)!
This is one of our favourite accompaniments to a fish BBQ! Add either before or after cooking! Works well with oven baked fish too!
Ingredients:
- Jade-S Fish (filleted or whole – any fish works well with this sauce!) 
For the Sauce:
- 2 large garlic gloves (minced) 
- 2 Limes (zest & juice) 
- 1.5 to 2 tbsp honey 
- 1 red chilli 
- 2.5 cm fresh, chopped ginger 
- 1 to 1.5 tsp soy sauce 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
Instructions:
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together – taste to make sure you have the balance of flavours right for you. 
- Make a parcel of tinfoil around the fish (you will want at least 2 layers). Add the sauce over the fish and carefully wrap the parcel to ensure no sauce can escape! 
- Place the fish on the BBQ and turn frequently until the fish cooks. 
Its that simple but tastes incredible! *alternatively you can add the sauce after the fish has cooked!
